I was so sad to hear about Jen this AM. My thoughts are with her and her family. I must also say hearing about Jen mad me so angry. Not at Jen, of course, but at this disease that has been thust upon us. Eating Disorders just penetrate our lives and tear at the hearts of those around us. They are an indistructable force that gather strength from the hurt and pain of others. I am screaming for Jen, ANGRY for Jen, FURIOUS at Adam and TERRIFIED for all of us. What could make a beautiful intelligent woman try to commit suicide? What is it in our society that tells us, you are NOT good enough, not smart enough, your best is just not going to cut it! FUCK.
